Good customers service
recently bought a phone from NTG Phone Traders and had a great experience. The ordering process was smooth, and my phone was delivered the very next day. No delivery
Worst decision ever. It's been a month since I haven't received my order. They always say it's coming, but nothing. I'm extremely frustrated and won't let this slide. I will be the last person you do this to.

Worst decision ever. It's been a month since I haven't received my order. They always say it's coming, but nothing. I'm extremely frustrated and won't let this slide. I will be the last person you do this to.

Since I paid for a phone on the 28th of November 2025 till now the 10th January 2026I haven't received i***** almost 6 weeks no refund no phone.worst decision of my life.you always make empty promises and lies that you'll delivery but never do.Worst customer service .I regret in anything in me
