ntchgg.com debited from Creditcard without permission

I saw by chance that this company debited an amount for a "membership" i never requested or agreed on. Strangely i also did not get notification by my bank (absa) of this deal as it was happening... Via the link on my bank sms notification i got to a chat facility and was told my membership will be cancelled and money will be returned... i am now waiting for this to happen and i also notified my CC department at absa. Very dangerous company. How they gained access to my CC details, i don't know. I am a savvy internet person and can't see how this happened ...
