SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking service from what seems to be a fly-by-night operation - tax invoice with no address or evidence of registration with either IOPSA or PIRB. No signage on their bakkies. One professional plumber knew what he was doing. And then in his absence a seemingly unqualified buffoon was sent to us. Who couldn't fix his own mess ups. Repeatedly. When the legit plumber returned he had to come to site numerous times to sort out the shoddy work that the other one had done. And the whole time the owners harassed me for payment - when I refused to do so until the job had been completed to my satisfaction , they became aggressive, threatening and insulting. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. STAY AWAY from them!
