NTBD Maintenance provides shocking service.

They are quick to take your money but service is terrible. They "fixed" a blocked drain on Sat but by Sun the drain was blocked again. When I asked them to return they made daily promises for a week to fix the problem but failed to pitch up. How do you live with a blocked toilet for a week! Chanel is rude and unprofessional. When they want money they Whatsapp you every 2 hours. However when service is required they do not answer the phone or Whatsapp's or just fob you off. DO NOT USE this company.
