Charlatains & *******

They requested an inspection fee upfront before being willing to come out ad fix my garage door. We paid the fee in good faith, but they never came. We requested a refund and they agreed that they would refund it. The refund never took place, when asking for when we can expect the refund, they stopped responding entirely.

They operate under many names - CT Plumbers (ctplumbers.co.za), NTBD Maintenance (ntbdmaintenance.co.za) & Quality Plumbers (qualityplumbers.co.za).

After some careful research I've found that the people who actually have received services from them claim terrible exeriences on top of it. So not only *******, but terrible service and subpar worksmanhip complaints across the board.
