Bad customer service, unproffessional, inconsiderate

I have had a very bad experience with Ntandokazi Tours which is a travel agency based in Durban, KZN with an office branch in Mulberton Johannesburg. We booked a cruise trip with these guys beginning of January 2017 and have been paying installments each and every month, our trip to Mozambician Island was scheduled for the 1st to the 4th of December 2017. Ntandokazi Tours sent us an email on Monday the 28th of November 2017 stating that the trip has been cancelled, refusing to disclose reasons or some information why the trip was cancelled at such short notice. We pleaded with them to make alternative arrangements but they failed us at that too. I an very disgusted at how unproffesional the black idiots are, we are still awaiting our refund and its day 21 today WE ARE EVEN SCARED THEY MAY BE ********. A guy named Sbusiso that which we were dealing with in all arrangements seems really heartless,irremorseful (if theres such a word) yes he was so relaxed as if he just cancelled a date night appointment. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.
