Terrible service

<p>My car went in for them to redo the whole engine and get get the car started. Firstly they don't phone you and keep you updated on the progress, secondly they replace things without phoning you to confirm if it's ok. Then they don't replace seals they were supposed to be replaced, so now you get back a car that's leaking oil. Best if all now they want to charge me for their negligence. This service is unacceptable.</p>
