Watloo SPCA - Wonderful Service
Not sure if that goes under Municipality :) Our German Shepherd became ill, abount a month ago, we took her to Watloo SPCA where she needed to undergo an emergency operation. This was done at the SPCA. We received phenominal treatment, love & care Our beautiful dog was treated with the utmost love & concern. What a special place with incredible staff, all very helpful, they changed a challenge into a blessing.
