Utterly disgusted
Disgusting. We called the edenvale SPCA for assistance on putting my sisters fur baby to sleep due to her being born with water on the brain. Our family is not dealing with this well and then to have some heartless manager say the most unnecessary things and to show no compassion was just devastating. This woman was more interested in knowing my sisters age. Totally irrelevant. She should not be the voice or face or manger to deal with. Get someone with a heart in her place. For the love of animals.
