Unfair treatment

I am currently unemployed. Unfortunately my dog got out of the gate this afternoon and was taken to the spca Midrand offices. They contacted me as she is microchipped and I went across to collect her. Because I did not have the 85.00 to pay they refuse to release her. I explained my situation and used my last money to get to an interview today but still they would not budge. I have had to leave my dog there now. My other dog is miserable. Can't believe they can be so heartless.
