There is a dog named Panda, in Deelkraal estates, Carletonville that is forever in the streets, the owners have done nothing to keep him in their yard. He jumps other people's fences, attacks their dogs, or tries to mount their *****es. He lies in the road, and doesn't move, causing cars to swerve. When the SPCA come here, he is mysteriously in the house. Something needs to be done urgently. The community are fed up. Someone is going to kill him or hurt him badly
