They've got a fantastic Director - Jeanine and fabulous vice chair Adele and some incredible staff like Solly and Jermille. I DO NOT ENDORSE ANY OTHER SPCA IN THIS COUNTRY. I hope my message is load and clear, Tshwane SPCA or nothing else.
