Terrible Customer Service at the centurion branch today for my kids and I.
I went there with my kids excited about possible adoption after losing our 13year old boerbull from cancer. The reception we received from the young white lady was so cold even my daughter didn’t even want to adopt any dog anymore. I even asked politely the lady if she was ok but she was still cold. It’s a shame that one or two dogs would have had a loving family. We’re not coming back there anymore. Maybe we got received by a wrong person, maybe just maybe.

Our sincere apology for the experience received. Our receptionist stated that at times when our clients come through our doors, emotions are not always the same. It is possible that when they came through, they had just come out of an emotional support session with another client and were caught at a bad time. However, we always try and keep our heads up and stay positive no matter the circumstances. We have also encouraged the staff to ask for assistance should they feel unwell at any time, as we are all in this together. We would like to extend our sincere apology to the members of the public and our supporters for the unintentional bad experience they received at the Centurion SPCA. We would also like to invite them over to the SPCA to adopt a pet anytime during office hours, as the SPCA is open to everyone. We hope that the member will accept our apology and visit again.
