*********** Staff

I am disgusted by the *********** staff. My dog which is in MY yard has been attached twice by the neighbors dog, in a space of 1 week. I called the SPCA to find out what can I do and to whom do I report this, the receptionist advised that an inspector needs to come out, mind you I DID NOT ASK FOR AN INSPECTOR, it was information given to me from the SPCA. I called at 12 on Friday, my denial were taken down and was advised that the inspector would come on Friday, I called again at 3:15 because I could see it's getting late and no one came, I called again at 4:55 only for the inspector himself to tell me he cannot come out because it's too late. Mind you I called most of Friday to follow up as I know Friday is a short business day. The inspector who is Israel nicely asked me what do I want him to do when he gets there, does Israel not know his job? How dare he ask me such yet his supposed to give the information to me, or from the get go say that he couldn't help me I should look for help elsewhere. The whole weekend has passed, I haven't heard a word from the SPCA, I called Israel AGAIN only for him to cut the call. Does that sound like someone that has the best interest of our animals? Does that sound like someone who wanted to help from the get go? Very disgusted.
