We in a home onwer society complex My little dog come out of the gate when tje children runs accross the street We did closed bit yesterday she got another place to come out The spca just came and took my dog When i got home she was gone

A dog was chasing the children in a complex. On the instruction of the management agent of the Home Owner’s Association the dog was given to the SPCA standby person to take to the SPCA. The SPCA may not refuse to take any animal and acted in the best interests of the animal as it could have been run over or injured when terrorising the residents.

A dog was chasing the children in a complex. On the instruction of the management agent of the Home Owner’s Association the dog was given to the SPCA standby person to take to the SPCA. The SPCA may not refuse to take any animal and acted in the best interests of the animal as it could have been run over or injured when terrorising the residents.
