SPCA Vanderbijlpark - Not interested in promoting animal welfare!!

<p>Please don't support the SPCA VDB branch as they are not interested in promoting animal welfare!! My mom is currently taking care of 5 stray cats in her residential street by providing daily water and food for them. Today an inspector from the mentioned branch pitched up at her house warning her that they received a complaint from the neighbour saying that she is feeding 30 cats! What a loud of bull****!! The inspector then told her that she must go and purchase cages in her private capacity to catch the stray cats and then take them to the SPCA. SURELY THIS IS A SERVICE THAT SHOULD BE RENDERED BY THE SPCA THEMSELVES!!! She also instructed my mom to immediately stop feeding the cats ! Wow, how is this promoting animal welfare??? </p>
