In my correspondence with Tswane SPCA, dated March to June I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction and requested the cancellation of ongoing deductions. Despite assurances from their finance department, specifically Analise, that the matter would be rectified, no action has been taken. This level of incompetence and negligence is beyond belief.

The continued deductions from my account for services I explicitly requested to terminate amount to nothing short of theft. It is appalling that an organization entrusted with ethical practices and donor relations would behave in such a manner. This experience has shattered the trust I once had in Tswane SPCA and has tarnished their reputation as a reputable nonprofit.
