Good day,
The Pitt bull which was admitted to our hospital was infested with ticks, the poor animal had clumps of ticks all over its body. The dogs ears were blocked with ticks. The dogs bil****y was so severe that the dog’s gums were yellow.
An SPCA Inspector did an inspection on the other dogs on the property. He saw that it was not only the Pitt bull which was tick infested but all the dogs were severely tick infested. The animal abuse on your property was far from “settled”
The Inspector obtained a warrant to remove all the dogs on the property. There was an adult present and he was issued with the seizure notice.
A case of animals neglect under the Animals Protection Act No71 of 1962 has been opened against the owner.
The dogs on the property were far from being cared for. As a pet owner you should be ashamed that you left your pets to suffer.
Kind Regards
