SPCA Regents park

Good day

The SPCA in regents Park is the worst last week my puppy wasn't feeling well I called and ask if I could bring him coz I thought he wasn't gonna make it the lady simply said they are fully booked I then called again and begged and said my puppy might die his very sick the lady again said sorry they can't help me. They are rude and the most unhelpful people I've ever met

They expect people to bring their Pay slips so they can see how much they are gonna charge you if I'm bringing my puppy there then it is obvious that I can't afford a private vet however I know I would need to pay something at the SPCA their service and attitudes are just disgusting
