SPCA not worth contacting

I have contacted the SPCA Pietermaritzburg to pick up a stray cat. Was told that I should catch it and put it in a box and they would be there shortly.<br> Few hours passed, I called again. They said they will be there in abt an hour. Still did not show up I phoned again, was told that she would contact the driver to find out what is going on and will phone me back. I never received a call back. Called again automated service says SPCA is closed. Also to mention it was a work day and i had to wait for them to show up, which never happened!<br> <br> Call first thing next morning, said I would be the first pickup. Still nothing. I called again with no response from lady other than I will call you back!!!<br> <br> Terrible service!!!!!<br> <br> This was actually cruelty to the cat, it was scared, messed, it self vomited etc.<br>
