Spca kloof kzn

I phoned the spca in kloof kzn this morning advising that I had a female cat and 3 kittens in my yard since Friday. I've been feeding them waiting for a response from the neighbourhood group, in case they belonged to someone. I was told to put them in a box and bring them through by Thandeka. I had to get food in bowls to lure them into the house and catch them 1 at a time to place them in my cat carrier. After alot of tussling, I managed to get the Mom and her kittens in the carrier. I arrived at the Spca and immediately the black lady at reception was so rude insinuating that they were probably mine. I was insulted because I have a cat myself that came to me as a stray, 6 years ago and I've cared for him and loved him since. I would never abandon my cat and kittens at the Spca. She made me feel like I was a dishonest person who abandons animals. Then she had the nerve to ask if I'd like to donate anything. I had cat food with me in my car that I was going to donate but after been treatment she gave me, I just drove off. It's not the animals fault that some humans are insensitive and maybe I should've left the food, but I was ****ed off and wanted to tell her to **** off. As a Frontline employee she should check her client liaison skills.
