SPCA KLOOF
SPCA KLOOF -the receptionist was very unhelpful, very rude and very unfriendly. I made a call this morning enquiring a consultation for my lab before bringing him in to be seen to. No one told me that a booking had to be made and there was a whole process. The receptionist said that the next available appointment would be in the morning Tuesday following week I said it's not gonna work for me ,she switches me off and says oh well don't speak to me like it's my fault. Very rude and very disgusting! SPCA KLOOF has changed and not like before.

11 Aug 2025, 12:17On behalf of the Kloof and Highway Spca, I apologise for any frustration caused. I can assure you that we would never turn away any animal that requires treatment at our Clinic. Our Veterinarian was not available until tomorrow morning, and our receptionist was not able to book an appointment before then. As you are aware we are a welfare clinic and this was explained to you, you were advised to consult a Private Veterinarian should you be able to afford their fees. Once again, it was not our intention to upset you, we are here to help but are not a private practice. Thank you, Barbara
