SPCA is a disgrace
Two weeks ago we called reporting two pups that have been abandoned in a near by park,the operator told us they would look into it,yesterday we noticed the pups in the park these poor animals are malnourished ,today we call SPCA at 9:25 am again they say they don't handle calls like this any more .But they will try send some one at 14:00 pm the pups are still there.maybe some one should now charge the SPCA with cruelty to animals

Following response from Durban and Coast SPCA:
According to the database, there is no record of a previous call for abandoned pups in a park.
A call was logged by Krystal on Monday for roaming pups in the Merebank area, complainant to verify area.
The complainant saw the pups on Sunday when the controller advised her to confine the pups and contact us to schedule a collection. Our Vehicles were busy with the collection of injured animals and emergencies at the time of call. She was also advised that an Inspector would attend as soon as one became available.
