SPCA GRASSY PARK - UN****ING PROFESSIONAL.

I contacted the SPCA In grassy park to adopt a Dog, I completed the application and then had a chance to view the animals, upon viewing we decided that the dog we wanted wasn't to out liking due to the age, then we saw a puppy in the not ready to adopt section, they said they would provide us feedback on the dog in due course and we agreed, however their feedback was the dog passed away . I wasn't to worried at first .

We then got called to meet two beautiful dogs that just got placed in, and was almost ready for a adoption. If you mess with a customer once ,don't do it again... THE SAME ****EN EXCUSE, ONE DIED AND ONE IS ICU - NOT LOOKING TO GOOD, in my opinion they had preference to who they wanted the dogs new owners to be, how can two dogs just die after each other with no worthy cause??? A load of bull**** if you ask me ... we then got told to look at the other animals , they came to come inspect the property and said that the property is fine, there after there was no communication with the SPCA!! It has been way over 5 months now....A load of bull ****, instead of paying the adoption admin fee and the fee to take them home , rather Go buy a dog ,so much less of a Hassel, I will never adopt a Dog in future from the SPCA due to this bad service. I purchased a beautiful puppy and not that I am against adoption, reather try another facility that actually knows what they doing Nd can provide you with adequate feedback... so these ****ers can pick up their socks! Useless

Good day  Thank you for reaching out to the SPCA. We pride ourselves in providing a high standard of service delivery, and we are sorry to hear your experience did not meet this standard. We rely on candid feedback to ensure we maintain our client experience and satisfaction. Your concerns were noted. It is important for us to convey the assurance that an evidence-based process was followed to ensure your concerns are adequately addressed. Our admissions policy is non-selective and thus, we are bound to have a myriad of diseased animals being admitted. Unfortunately, the newly arrived dogs were rescues from different situations and backgrounds.  They often have underlying infections which do not manifest immediately.  This being our reason for asserting they are not ready for adoption. Some appear to be healthy at the time, whereafter we discover clinical issues. Our aim is to adopt out healthy animals in the animals’ best interest and adopters- alike.  We have on record that we sent you various emails, and the latest sent on 8 April (09h55) to which we did not receive any reply.  A systematic review was conducted, including the paper trail and interviews with all staff involved at every touchpoint, especially the follow-up visit.  On these occasions, we notified you that the huskies were unvaccinated and subject to health screening.  There were no other applications other than yours in consideration for both these dogs. We do not have pre-approved or selected individuals/homes for adoption animals.  Kind regardsMoyo

Best regards,

JM

The load of *******!
I am not interested in whatever feedback that has been provided, of to say the amount of **** that comes from your staff, the inspector lady, that came to see my property said the Place is approved for the dog, but I should consider getting a smaller breed or a huskey that is a mixed breed that is not to big - her words , tell you start to lodge down some minutes from a meeting so that you can see what they tell customers that's will to adopt . I have doubled checked my inbox right now and there is nothing dated 8 April 2021 at 9h55 from the SPCA In grassy park!!!!, did your staff check to see if the mail bounced, does it hurt to pick up the phone and call? Load of bull**** if you ask me.

Thanks for the response but it was a waste of time hearing this.
