SPCA Epping
<p>I am so dissapointed in the so called Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals- they are the ones being cruel. Called in because of an injured dog to be collected and the receptionist says "sorry we don't do that"????? WHAT????? After getting annoyed because clearly, they are suppose to collect and take care of the poor animal, she could hear in my voice and wanted to give me another number to call. While taking the number down, she just transferred me??? I spoke to another lady and she took my details and the address, and within 20 mins, she confirmed the dog will be picked up the next day as the driver is in Bellville and the dog is in Kraaifonterin.... I honestly do not understand but clearly they're not interested to help the dog. Disappointed and disgusted by the service</p>

We apologise for the delay in response as we have only been made aware of your post now. Kindly note that there is no SPCA in Epping. You may be referring to the AACL in Epping which is a different organisation and not affiliated to the SPCA in any way.
