Spca do they really care? or just after the money?
My neighbour opened her gate to set her dog on my cat who was in the veld opposite our houses. My Fiance seen this and tried to stop this. The dog then tried to attack her. I then called the 24 hour emergency number at 18h16 on the 4th December. The rude man said that animals are meant to be locked the premises. He must show me how to lock in cat up. It is al in contravention of th bylaws to set your animal on another animal or person.<br> <br> Because it was a Friday afternoon i'm sure he was lazy. Can someone please assist in this matter?
