To the SPCA of grassy park for a long time now I've been begging for some help towards the dog fighting and the animal abuse that takes place EVERYDAY!!! In Hangberg.I see dogs in terrible situations and I hear the crys and screams daily.Ive emailed and telephoned and I get the same answer everytime * pin a location * or address. It's impossible to do that because were the main dog fighting and animal abuse happens there is no streets never mind street names.And usually it's in dangerous area's so if I must pull my phone out to pin a location they will definitely do there best to ***** my phone.THE DOGS/ANIMALS ARE IN DIRE STRAITS AND NEED SOME URGENT ASSISTANCE.

Thank - you ....... also there is no animal clinic in Hout Bay we have IY and Hangberg I've spoken to the people in charge for the animal clinic at the SPCA but it seems like I'm playing a waiting game.The animals of Hangberg can't wait no more.A ANIMAL CLINIC IS PRIORITY!!!

Dear Michelle, thank you for raising your concerns. We would like to clarify that we have personally met with you on previous occasions, including in the presence of the Ward Councillor. We have also responded to every email you have sent to us. Unfortunately, the information provided to us has repeatedly been too vague or unsubstantiated for our Inspectors to act upon. You have pointed us to a general area where you believe dog fighting might be taking place, but without a specific location, address, route description, property landmark, or any verifiable evidence, it is impossible for our team to conduct a lawful and effective investigation. We remain fully committed to acting on credible reports of cruelty or dog fighting. If you, or anyone with firsthand information, can provide a specific location, landmark, description of the property, or any verifiable evidence, we will not hesitate to respond. Animals’ lives depend on accurate information, and we encourage you to report details that will allow us to intervene effectively.

To whom it may concern like I've mentioned before Hangeberg on the mountain side has grown dramatically unfortunately.The people of hangberg don't even go there themselves as they are to scared to.I'm not going to put myself in a situation where my phone will more then likely get taken from me.Hangberg has become a forgotten community.For reasons I know but can't understand and the animals are paying the price.If from my house with binoculars I can see dubious play then so can the spca .As I write this I can hear a dog in distress and there's this dog I'm sure it's the one I saw that barks all night and all day and one can hear in the tone of this particular dog it's definitely not coming from a good nice place. For over 12 years now I've been listening to dogs in distress,abuse or fighting and I have had enough.What about me I also live on this planet. My dogs and the all the neighboring dogs have taken a huge blow listening to there own kind getting abused hurt tortured and killed. I've given you a landmark for this dog but it doesn't fit the spca criteria. Isn't the SPCA the animal police 🤔 what I'm REALLY FINDING HARD TO GRASP IS that surly if you got a tip off about animal abuse don't u have the power to go and investigate.There are animals suffering and NOTHING!!! IS GETTING DONE ABOUT IT!!!! I BET MY LIFE ON THAT IF OTHERS HEARD WHAT IVE HEARD AND STILL HEAR PEOPLE WOULD CHANGE THERE TUNE .
