SPCA CENTURION
Afternoon, I am sure that it does not take 21 days since the 8 March to adopt to kittens. I feel that the SPCA Centurion is dragging their feet. I understand completely that there is some admin to be done but how can u wait 3 weeks and no reply, and if u do phone which I did(3 times)the answer stays the same, sorry we dont know how long still. I want to save a life and adopt but if it takes 3 weeks then I start wondering about how much the SPCA really cares in finding homes for the animals.

12 Apr 2023, 12:46 Good day The matter regarding the adoption application was investigated and we have noted that there were two delays in the whole process, an inspection of the property and getting the pets sterilized. One of the delays could have been prevented and the other was because of unforeseen circumstances. We have however also noted that the communication to the applicant by our front desk was not adequate. In that regard, we have since addressed the matters relating to the incident and the incident itself with our front desk personnel and other staff members for better communication and decisive actions to prevent delays whatsoever.
