Snooty Arrogance Of SPCA high ranking official

SPCA NOT TAKING VEXATIOUS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND KEEP HARRASSING ME:

This year from July month 2023, I've went through a myriad of spca inspectors from grassy park from Kevin to Nkosi to Rudolph to the lastest one this past Saturday 2023-09-30 (whose name I did not get, who through no fault of his own,who was supposed to be there at 12:30 who only came at 13:45 as I was on my way out due to the information given to him by his superiors, who would have most likely if they did not find me at home tell me that I not they were not compiling but I digress.

This is what happened I'm in the process of acquisition of a property at 38 Plein Street woodstock. My dog max(my dog now....who was my late mom's dog) is at this house with the bathroom window open as well as the bathroom door for plenty of ventilation. None of these inspectors could find anything wrong my dog no health problem no sign of abuse.

But I keep on getting inspectors with messages to "comply" left or pasted on my door... two weeks ago on 2023-09-14 a Thursday at just after 10:00 my sister accompanied me to the SPCA in grassy park to give our both of our phone numbers so that when they do arrive for whatever they need to inspect "YET AGAIN" so we can as they say "comply" They "supposedly" took down our numbers but this is where it gets to the meaty part of this complaint.

Now this property that I'm forced to stay at now for securing measures has no gates or parameters (and max is a very good watch dog so some one obviously wants him to not be there) So guess what this inspector Nkosi was found This Friday past 2023-09-29, witnessed by a neighbour being at my busted door..... which yes my property of interest was broken into with clothing items threwn on the floor in lounge area mind you, Nkosi was witness by my neighbour at my broken into and busted door with another caucasian male. Now this is constitutes house breaking at the very least malicious damage to property. (Side note: my dog according to the note that Nkosi left was pasted on my door read that I need to come to the spca regarding my dog because he was found roaming in the park and that I had 24 hours to do it.... My property of interest has burglar bars on all of the windows and my front door was not only closed but latched/locked) and never once "roamed" the park until "coincidentally" this inspector Nkosi was there.

So me being a saps member serving at Nyanga and in fit of rage with the information I had(I must admit, with a lot of "f" bombs)called up Nkosi and told him that I'm gonna arrest him (wrong wording I know) I knew that I personally could not arrest him, wrong wording on my part (jurisdictional thing since I serve at Nyanga and, this was committed in Woodstock) but under the witness of my neighbour and the fact that an actual crime of house breaking HAS been committed.... my intent at this time was STILL to HAVE him arrested because at the time my neighbour Kevin alluded (yes I'm using the word alluded) to me that Nkosi broke the door.

So now with the safety of this property now being compromised I'm seeking to get a new lock, for my door which cost me R450(wonder whose gonna compensate me for that now) from Al Sams lock smiths in Woodstock and go to though to SPCA Grassy Park to get my dog back.

Here is where I'm met with Nkosi's superior/manager/commander a slender caucasian male well kept mid thirties with blonde hair and well trimmed beard and blue eyes.

This arrogant person(Nkosi's manager) could "NOT" care less about my pleight, nor what I've been through with the SPCA of late, nor the fact the malicious damage to property, house breaking (that an actual crime was committed) Nope he decides he is gonna be on the war parth with me... in interest of "protecting his worker" and let us not forget "my abuse of authority" according to him(in me telling Nkosi that I was gonna arrest him... like I stated earlier an error in my wording, I personally could not arrest him, but the intent of HAVING him arrested was still the same) I mean come on now a crime was committed.

So He(Nkosi's superior) starts picking a verbal alteration with me and starts jearing me the more I tell him I'm here to pick up my dog, the more he starts jearing with: "no you said, then you're gonna arrest my staff member now arrest him, I want to see you arresting him, have you all of the sudden changed your mind now?" prolonging the event of me getting my dog back. For your information Nkosi's direct commander/boss whomever you are a case of house breaking has been made at Woodstock Cas number 12/10/2023

This write up on tjis platform of hellopeter, would not be neccessary if: (1)This arrogant *@#(rather using the characters than to get too derogatory about this man) would have told his staff to keep in contact with me and both me and my sister gave our cell phone numbers to the female staff member round about 10ish 2023-09-14 (2)Did not push me with his arrogance under the guise of "protecting his staff" (and I don't know what abuse of police authority when an actual crime was committed) I'm not so much angered at Nkosi nor the female member but this arrogant snooty caucasian individual with the blue eyes

In conclusion, I believe that the SPCA does a lot of good work but by not checking up on your system or seeing how many times you been to the same residence with the oucome being nothing wrong with my dog you as the SPCA has caused me alot of grief and harrasment.... If by description you can let me know if this sooty arrogant person. If you can let me know via email, that being (***)that this person has been delt with as in disciplined then this will be the only and last you'll here from me. sad that it had to go to hellopeter(because I am seeking further legal council on what to do with SPCA).... But won't persist in if if I have your reassurance that this peron is delt with it only went here because of this arrogant snooty person. Please have him delt with before he ruins your company.
