SHOCKING SPCA SERVICE

I am SO SHOCKED I called the SPCA at Springfield Park today hoping they could assist My neighbors who are both elderly and unemployed have 2 small dogs The female has had puppies and we managed to find homes for them I have offered to pay to have both their dogs spayed I called SPCA and inquired about prices I spoke to a gentleman at the clinic He said the dogs must have vaccination certificates They dont have so he said this must be done before the dogs are spayed I told him I am trying to help poor people and they dont have certificates He said this must be done before they can be spayed I explained I can only afford to have them spayed and dont have extra money to pay for vaccinations He said then he cant help So this means the dog will again have puppies This is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING YOU ARE TURNING PEOPLE AWAY WHAT IS GOING ON WITH PEOPLES THINKING Its understandable that dogs must be vaccinated but if people cant afford it?! I help these people by buying dog biscuits and cooking on Saturdays a hot meal for my dogs and theirs This Country is *****ed....... We are more worried about vaccinations and making more money than solving and minimising unwanted puppies The SPCA has lost its whole purpose towards animals So sad We dont care
