Shocking SPCA conduct
Benoni SPCA failed to investigate a report of animal neglect/cruelty since it was reported a week ago, and two visits to their offices. This begs the question, do they use our donations which are intended for caring and protecting animals, to secure employment for people who do not care for animals?
