Shocking Relevations!!

This is the SPCA, Benoni. I have just phoned them to ask them to go to my neighbours, whose kids, if they are not throwing chains at my dogs, they are throwing bottle tops, stones, toys and now today miellies and teasing them through the gap in my 6 foot wall. Please note that this is my home and my property. First the phone is put down in my ear and secondly it is now the EMPDS duty to go out and investigate. Only if my dogs are not looked after and abused, will the SPCA come out. This is not the first time that I have had issues with Benoni SPCA but it will be the last.

Is it not the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals! So, basically your dogs or cats must be abused, injured and neglected before they intervene. This is dispicable. I have now got my security company involved and they will be coming out to visit the neighbour concerned as soon as I get home.
