Sandton SPCA doesn't care about animals
Sandton SPCA doesn't care about animal neglect. I contacted the Sandton SPCA over a week ago about my neughbour that leaves her dog in horrible conditions and he howls non-stop as a result of this. It's been almost two weeks now with no reply at all from anyone. I don't believe the SPCA is a valid institution anymore it's simply filled with people who want to make money off of animal misfortune
