Rude! Uncaring *****!!!

I called SPCA Cape of Good Hope and the switchboard operator was extremely rude and abrupt before she put me through to someone called Kagiso. I explained to him my family's predicament with Mdzananda Animal Clinic, that we were asked to sign over 5 puppies before they were born to them and now almost 2 months later the puppies still haven't been collected. We 7 puppies in the beginning, and neighbors came to ask to adopt them, and we ended up giving away 2. When Mdzananda found out that we were giving some of them away, they came and explicitly asked us to not give them away. They provided bits of food every 2 or 3 weeks whenever they pleased, and when my mother calls them (as she's the one that signed the agreement with them) to ask them when they are coming to collect the puppies - they are evasive and rude. These puppies are growing rapidly and we cannot afford to feed 6 dogs, it's just not financially possible for us. Mdzananda Animal Clinic is treating us like pests now, when we could have happily given these puppies away to the many people who came here to us begging and offering them a home. It is truly sad and disheartening to see these dogs suffer when we don't have money and have to scrounge up money to buy dog food and such. Mdzananda barely feeds them anymore and SPCA basically told us that they are not a free clinic, that we shouldn't expect them to lift a finger if we're not going to cough up a cent and that we must just deal with our problems ourselves. I'm harrowed by the level of uncaring I've experienced from both Mdzananda and SPCA as I am against animal cruelty of kind, and this is definitely a form animal cruelty in my opinion. These poor dogs are now suffering and will soon lose weight because we can only afford to feed them whatever we have. To go from beautiful well fed puppies to stick thin dogs in a matter of weeks, all because the people who promised to take care of them do not want to be now accountable for the agreement they made. Nobody forced Mdzananda to help us, they agreed when we asked, and now we along with these innocent puppies are stuck in this situation.
