RUDE!!!! SPCA FLORIDA STOLE MY DOGS
Infact no star should be given!
Our two dogs got out because someone fiddled with our gate while we were out.
We eventually found a security and they said they went to the SPCA, we must go collect them as they made comms with them and we must go there. When we got there, the security first said they didn't bring the dogs.
Then we called the emergency line and the guy answered saying yes they there, we asked can we please get them he said no, so we asked why and his response was " because I said so"! These babies are our lives, and someone has the audacity to treat us like we not fit to look after our dogs. He asked no questions and said come tomorrow. Rude! They will never see a cent from our pocket again.
You could call it savior or *****ing..... Right now it feels like they just stole our dogs!
I am appalled by there services, he was extremely rude and should definitely not be working with such loving animals. They should close down!!!!! And see how miserable life is.
Assisted by a second Inspector the dogs were impounded taken back to the SPCA.
The Inspectors were concerned as the female Pitbull has bite scaring on her front legs and the way the Maltese was ripped is typical in ******* dog fighting.
The Inspector received a call at 10:30PM from a man stating he was the owner. The caller demanded the dogs back as the SPCA had ****** them. The dogs were terrorizing the neighborhood and killed at least one dog that we are aware of, the dogs were far from ******.
The security guard on duty at the SPCA has no knowledge of the dogs in the kennels, he is a security guard.
The pound has reclaim procedures. One, animals can only be reclaimed during office hours, two the relevant documents are required, three a pound fee must be paid. The Inspector tried explaining this to you. A lady’s voice screamed over the phone that she was going to report the Inspector to Hello Peter and the call was ended.
You reclaimed the two Pitbull’s once you had explained the female dogs scaring, provided the necessary documents and paid the reclaim fee.
You should be grateful to the SPCA for removing your dogs from harm’s way.
