Rude People

I phoned on Tuesday 13:50 to ask how to go to work with neighbours dog thats barking 24/7.. DERICK spoke to me in such a rude tone but never the less he told me to hold on after I told him my whole story then started talking to someone in the back, then came back to phone and said yes ok just say it again im actually busy.. Then the phone got put down in my ear. The SPCA always wants help from people but being rude thats not the way to go.
