Refuse to help injured dog

Decided to bring my dog to you as I am new in PTA and would rather give the SPCA money than make a vet rich. My dog was injured and I was refused help because she is not sterilized. You protect and help animals yet you refused help this morning. Nowhere on your website is it stipulated that the dog needs to be sterilized in order to be helped, nor outside your gates. I was only told this after completing all the forms wasting time while my dog could have been helped. Absolute poor service and really mean to refuse help to an animal in pain, goes against everything I thought the SPCA stood for.
