Receptionist totally unprofessional
Yesterday I am an appointment to see the vet. I was told to come in at 8:30. I made arrangements at work and came in. I arrived at 8:15 only to. Be told that it's not a set appointment and I will have to wait. I was then given a number of 21 and told I had a long wait. The reception friend then arrived and she went in immediately.....they are rude and unfriendly .

The client in question has visited the SPCA on more than one occasion; she brought her dog in on 25 January with concern about a cough. We sent her away with medication. She arrived on 20 February at 8.30am saying she was here for a check-up, however a check-up was not scheduled and therefore she was given a number and asked to wait her turn. She decided after a while not to wait and made an appointment for a consult at 11am on 21 February which she arrived to and was seen to. The confusion may have been between the visit being a check-up vs a consult. In terms of being rude and unfriendly, this comes as a shock to our staff who feel they have a good relationship with the client and know her well as she uses our services regularly.
