Poor service
We have contacted the SPCA a lot of times but we don't get any results from them.... We have a lot of problems with our neighbors about our dogs... They told us yesterday that the SPCA is coming to our house today to come and inspect our fencing of our dogs but instead they had one of their friends here the is from the S. A. D (south African dogs).... And the guys name is Micheal Costa and he is involved in dog fights.... My neighbor said he wil get rid of our 2 pitbulls.... The SPCA doesn't answer us and we also turned to the nspca but still nothing and it's almost 2 weeks
