Poor poor service

I called in 8 times yesterday during the hours of 9am to 12pm and the phone just rings.. I then called in 15 times today during the dame hours. My pet needs assistance and I wanted to enquire about fees, treatment and cost. But again there is no answer.. it's so poor as these are animals lives we talking about but it seems like the workers don't care about anything but to talk stories and not do their jobs. So pathetic!!! They obviously can hear the phone ring constantly but avoid answering. It's negligent, and to think we trust the lives of our pets in these workers hands
