Poor Customer Service

<p>Terrible customer service from the receptionist on several occasions. Very rude and asked people not to come over the weekend as those are reserved for other customers. Refused to sign a Claims form for medical aid and complained that they don’t help people with medical aid as they are there to service the public who can’t afford medical aid. There was no mention of this at any point before and we have been there twice in which the claims form was filled in by the vet. Will never go back there as the vets are actually really good but the service sucks.</p>
