SPCA signs people into contracts where the animal will never be yours, and they have the right to access your property any time and uplift the animal if they feel you violated their contract in any way. They are very quick to fetch the police and seize animals that you cherise and love, and took for treatment and were indeed listening to a private vet's advice when they decided to seize. To breach their contract is way too easy-so worded to ensure you have no rights and the animal will never be yours-thats why you see a dog up for adoption-underfed-probably seized for no good reason, and a cat whos owners apparently never collected her-probably like us broke the contract on a date, but following our vet's advice
Best regards,
