Phoenix spca and vet in bramford disgustung

First of all i would like to say that the phoenix area has no care or concern regarding animals i had a 3 week old baby kitten was like my child he passed away this morning due to no help from the spca on chartford and the vet on bramford they refused me trreatment and told me to go elsewhere my kitten had no medication or was even seeing to he was in tremendous pain and as i asked if they could help me both places said to euthanize him bt they didnt have any medication i took. Him home and sat with him for 7 hours before he passed and watched him in pain suffering and the vet in Bramford still charged me for doing ntn by sending me home im utterly broken and shattered as my husband burried him this morning is this how we treat living creatures and they call themselves vet n spca yet they cannot help a dying baby disgraful
