PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

We Took our Sick dog in at 9:00am , we waited right about till 13:30am because we didn't have an appointment , we couldn't wait any longer so we asked the lady at the front desk to make an appointment for our dog for Monday , she advised that the wait will only be half an hour more as they are done with appointments we waited for another half an hour and a guy that came after me , long after me as he also did not have an appointment was called before me.

I cannot express how disappointed and disgusted i am with your staff , who are Beyond ***********. this is supposed to be a place where animals are taken care of , You guys are always asking for donations and we try our best to support you guys just to keep your door open! My Dog was sick , there was at least 10-20mins gap between appointments sometimes longer! it was an urgent Case and url still made him wait!

what is the use of having yard sales and advertising for money when we are bringing money directly to you and you are rejecting it ? is there only 1 person that attends to dogs ? what happens incase of an emergency like such? will our pets be left for dead while we trying to get help ?????????????

as for your switchboard lady who is never at her desk to answer the phone, i had to call 18 times to finally get to speak to someone.

you guys are pathetic and are not there because you love animals! you are there for other reason!

i highly advise people not to use the DURBAN SPCA !

Bunch of clowns.

The Manager doesn't even answer the call or call back!

Upon investigation, our records indicate that the owner's details for the pet in question are registered under Mr. N. Budhoo, not Sunita Hemraj.  It is not possible for us to engage with 3rd parties but do confirm that on the day in question the pet owner never advised the staff on duty that their pet needed emergency treatment in order for us to proceed to our emergency protocol; and as per protocols booked appointments were seen to first.  The pet's name and/or the owner's surname is called out at least 3 x times.  If there is no response, then the next patient is called.  Mr N Budhoo left the premises without informing anyone on duty of any emergency, which is regrettable.  Call Cabinet recordings and emails have been checked, and you called on the 20th of February regarding a different sick pup, which you brought in for treatment on Friday 28th for a bleeding growth.  There is no further record of calls from your number.
