neutering of dog gone wrong

We sent my dog to the roodepoort spca to be neutered on friday the 29th of April. I collected him that afternoon and at 6pm had to rush him off to emergency vet because the stiches had popped (which meant a trail of blood)and his ******* was the size of an orange. The emergency vet informed us that the stitches were too tight and that my poor dog had a hematoma, which would probably have to be operated on to remove which all the swelling and bruising had gone down. When I contacted the clinic manager, I got put through to an arrogant, rude doctor who could not speak a word of engish. Who told me it's not her problem and that she is not responsible for it. Think this is absolutely pathetic customer service especially because I spent alot of money for this op to get done. I would not recommend anyone goes there.
