Absolutely pathetic! So called vetanerian does not want to help with an emergency case (after discussions with their offices the whole day through phone calls and whatsapp as she was busy) upon confirmation to go we rushed with our 5 month old puppy arrived at 15:55 the vetanerian talks as if we are not there and states that "she does not get paid overtime she is leaving at 16:00 and walks off.

I don't believe she should be a vetanerian if she does not care nor have any compassion for animals and only care for money!

Didn't have the decency to look and/or give advise to help our dog!

Absolutely pathetic!!
