I'm disappointed in the service received

My puppy was admitted at spca Gordon's bay about a week ago with a fractured leg we had to pay 350 for our dog to be admitted so yesterday one of the ladies working there contacted me saying I need to pay a 1000 upfront fee for the operation to proceed ok I did tell her I will get back to her as I'm unemployed and where do I get a 1000 .This morning she contacted me again after yesterday's arrangement requesting a 2000 and if I do not pay that amount my dog will be put out and she could not give me a fix amount how much the operation will be only saying between 5000 or 6000 my concern is my dog is not sick to be put out and I have asked if I can pay the 1000 month end not helping at all,so I called in after that phone call I explained to one oF the ladies working there that i only have a 1000 that i can pay in tomorrow and she said yes i may pay the 1000 and arrange to pay of the rest of the money
