I was denied treatment records for my dog
I called the Spca requested my dogs records to forward to the Animal Cruelty department as she's not well. I was advised that her records have been archived and couldn't be accessed.
I was thoroughly frustrated as I couldn't get my dog to Grassy Park as it is far and I don't have a car. The previous encounter was pleasant and they were helpful, this time around they lacked compassion and patience.
