Hopeless SPCS Uvongo

SPCA is always clamouring about people adopting animals. Well, I wanted to adopt a kitten. Understandably My abode has to be checked out by them before I can adopt the kitten. Promised that it would happen the next day. Been waiting for 5 days - no inspector. Phoned again and a friendly lady said that she WILL PUT MY NAME ON THE LIST AGAIN. Is it not on THE LIST? By the time i am allowed to adopt the kitten, it will be a cat.
