HELP

Hi my name is Stuart De kock I reside at 46eastwood turfontein Johannesburg , contact number *** .

I have made a formal complaint with my local SPCA about an aggressive dog in my yard which is a shared property with multiple people renting one of the person's I reside arrived with his dog without any consent or prior discussion from those at home , nevertheless the dog has now become aggressive as it is a fully grown dog which knows only a few in the yard and now the dog has started to attack our other pets as well as people in the yard including myself, I've tried speaking to the owner to remove the dog and put him on his other property where the dog grew up but apparently it's giving people there problems aswell, now I find myself frustrated as I've asked the dog to be put in a secure place where it can't hurt anyone. This morning I went to a local SPCA in southdale and spoke to an inspector who assured me he would come by later to check on the situation this is now 4 hours later and I do not feel safe even to let my pet out, this dog has shown and intent to attack however I still have not received the requested help, about a year or two ago I lodged a complaint with SPCA southdale about another dog which was kept in the yard the dog was not being fed ,looked after the dog was losing teeth, not to mention it was a pitbull who knew nobody in the yard the inspector came by saw the dog and no further action was taken other than telling the owner to look after the dog correctly , fast forward that Dog has now died in the yard.

As I've said I now find myself frustrated as I'm not able to get help in the area , I have photos of some dog bites where the dog grabbed on me and my dog last night ,lucky I managed to scare it back to its side and protect my dog, now I am at the point where I wonder what is going to happen next, as the first time the inspector did not do much, ive held off on legal action or pressing any charges against the negligent owner for now as I await any response from the SPCA in my area as I do not want to sour living relations but to just find an amicable solution to insure me and my pets safety. Which is why I contacted you guys .the dog was not raised here and is already and adult , and it has unpredictable aggresive tendancies .
